The Office of the Attorney General is committed to providing transparent information about our legal activities involving the State. In accordance with West Virginia Code §5-3-4, we submit comprehensive Annual Reports to the Governor, Senate President, and House of Delegates Speaker detailing pending causes of action in which the State is a party.

These reports reflect our dedication to accountability and our obligation to keep both government officials and the public fully informed about significant legal matters affecting our state.
