The Attorney General's Arts & Education Division provides legal representation to a wide range of state departments and agencies, including the Departments of Administration, Commerce, Homeland Security, and Agriculture. The division represents the Department of Education, State Board of Education, the State Superintendent of Schools, and all state institutions of higher education.

The division also provides legal counsel to all occupational licensing boards and commissions in the State that regulate various professions, including physicians, accountants, registered nurses, real estate appraisers, land surveyors, and veterinarians.

Beyond providing general advice and counsel to client agencies, the division handles all litigation for non-insured claims across state and federal courts and all administrative forums.
