How We Handle Your Complaint

Our Process:

  1. Review - We review your complaint for completeness and jurisdiction
  2. Investigation - We may contact the business for their response to your complaint
  3. Communication - We facilitate communication between you and the business when appropriate and update you on the status of the investigation
  4. Resolution - We work toward a fair resolution of your dispute
