Option 1: Mail Your Complaint

- Fill it out by hand with complete, accurate information
- Include copies of all documents related to your complaint

- Complete description of the problem with the product or service

- Copies of contracts, receipts, correspondence, and other relevant documents
- Details about your attempts to resolve the issue directly with the business

How We Handle Your Complaint
Our Process:
- Review - We review your complaint for completeness and jurisdiction
- Investigation - We may contact the business for their response to your complaint
- Communication - We facilitate communication between you and the business when appropriate and update you on the status of the investigation
- Resolution - We work toward a fair resolution of your dispute
- Follow-up - We may request your response to the business's position or provide additional options if initial resolution attempts are unsuccessful
If your complaint reveals a pattern of violations affecting multiple consumers, it may lead to formal enforcement action against the business.
